1Definitions & Interpretation
In these EK345 Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below, unless the context requires otherwise:

2EK345 Account Eligibility & Registration

3EK345 Account Management

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

New EK345 members are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to RM 1,500 on their first deposit. 6EK345 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Outcomes
All bet outcomes on EK345 are final once confirmed by the system. EK345 does not accept any appeals based on a misunderstanding of game rules. 6.2 Bet Cancellation

7Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
EK345 maintains a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of fraud, manipulation, and dishonest behaviour on our platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action:
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological tools to exploit the EK345 system.
- Collusion between two or more players to guarantee a win or avoid a loss.
- Manipulation of betting markets or exploitation of insider information.
- Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
- Providing false information during EK345 registration or the KYC process.

9EK345 Account Closure & Suspension
9.1 Closure by Player
You may close your EK345 account at any time by contacting the EK345 support team via live chat or email at support@ek345.net. Before closing, please ensure all available balances have been withdrawn. Any remaining balance after a player-requested account closure will be processed in accordance with EK345's standard procedures.
9.2 Closure by EK345
EK345 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of EK345's Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or a need to comply with applicable laws and regulations. In cases of closure due to a terms violation, EK345 reserves the right to forfeit all balances and winnings held in the account.
9.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling for a set period may apply for self-exclusion via the EK345 account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods can be set from 30 days up to permanent exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, players will be unable to access their EK345 account or place any bets. 10Amendments to EK345 Terms & Conditions
EK345 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time.
